Absolutely. We believe you should fall in love with your SelfToon before you commit. Generating your personal preview is completely complimentary—you only purchase the physical masterpiece once you are 100% satisfied with the design.
What kind of photo should I upload?
We support Humans & Pets! Whether it’s your best friend, your partner, or your dog, our AI creates a perfect likeness.
Quality: Please upload a clear, well-lit photo where the face is fully visible. Avoid blur or heavy shadows.
Groups: You can upload a group photo or individual photos for each person/pet. Our system will seamlessly integrate them into your chosen design.
What materials are your products made of?
We are committed to premium quality across our entire collection:
Apparel: Our T-shirts are crafted from 100% Airlume combed and ring-spun cotton, ensuring a soft, breathable feel that is durable and comfortable.
Mugs: We use high-grade, durable ceramic with a glossy finish. The print is microwave and dishwasher safe, ensuring your design stays vivid for years.
How long does shipping take?
Since every SelfToon is custom-made to order, please allow 1–3 business days for production. Once shipped, delivery typically takes 3–5 business days depending on your location. You will receive a tracking number as soon as your order is on its way.
What technique is used for the print?
We use state-of-the-art Direct-to-Garment (DTG) printing. This eco-friendly technology applies non-toxic, water-based ink directly into the fabric (rather than sitting on top of it). This results in a soft, breathable feel with vivid colors and sharp details that won't crack or peel over time.
Will the package include a price receipt?
No. Many of our customers send SelfToon products directly as gifts. We do not include price tags or invoices inside the package, so your gift remains a perfect surprise. You will receive your receipt via email only.
What is the difference between "Classic" and "Integrated" designs?
Classic: This features the pure cartoon avatar of you or your pet, placed centrally on the product for a clean, minimalist look.
Integrated Art: These are bespoke scenes where your cartoon face is artistically blended onto a themed body or background (e.g., an astronaut, a superhero, or a vintage portrait) for a truly unique masterpiece.

Can I track my order?
Yes, you’ll receive a tracking link via email once your order ships.
Can I return or exchange my order?
Because each product is custom-made, we do not accept returns unless there’s a printing/quality defect.
What if my item arrives damaged?
Contact us with photos of the issue, and we’ll send a replacement.
Can I cancel my order after placing it?
Orders can only be canceled within 1 hour of purchase since we start production quickly.
